Refund / Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Navaye Erfan.
All of our products are made with great care and carefully inspected before shipping. Refunds or replacements are only accepted if an item arrives damaged.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are only approved if:

  • The item arrives damaged during transit

  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item was shipped

We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or personal taste.

2. Reporting a Problem

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Requests submitted after this time cannot be processed.

Please email info@navayeerfan.com with the subject line
“Refund/Return Request – Order #[your order number]”

Your email must include:

  • Photos clearly showing

    1. The outer packaging and shipping label

    2. The box or envelope

    3. The item itself, highlighting the damage or issue

  • A short written description of the problem

3. Review Process

Once we receive your email and images, our team will carefully review your case within 5 business days. If the issue is confirmed, we will issue either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you. If the product does not show a clear defect or damage, the request will be declined.

4. Return Shipping

Physical returns are not required unless specifically requested by our support team.
Most refunds and replacements are handled based on photographic evidence.

5. Exclusions

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Orders placed with incorrect product details provided by the customer

  • Slight variations in color or texture due to lighting or display settings

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery confirmation

  • Normal wear or damage caused after delivery

  • Lost or stolen packages after the courier confirms delivery

6. Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.

7. Policy Updates

Navaye Erfan reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The version published on our website at the time of purchase is the policy currently in effect.
