All orders go through a production and quality-check process before shipping.
Processing time is typically 2 to 7 business days, depending on the item and production queue.

During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Once produced, your order is shipped from the nearest available production location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3 to 12 business days

  • Canada: 5 to 15 business days

  • Europe: 3 to 15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3 to 10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5 to 18 business days

  • Middle East: 7 to 21 business days

  • Asia: 7 to 20 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10 to 30 business days

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs, local postal service, and seasonal delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the label is created.

If your tracking appears unchanged for several days, it is usually due to international transit, customs, or courier delays.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Some international orders may be subject to customs or import duties depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in your purchase price.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Navaye Erfan is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages resulting from address errors

  • Reshipping costs in such cases

If the package is returned due to an address issue, the customer must cover the cost to reship.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as Delivered by the courier, Navaye Erfan is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.

If your package is missing:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number

  • Contact us only after the carrier has completed their investigation

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier disruptions

  • Global logistics issues

  • Holiday seasons

These factors are outside our control, and in such cases delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

8. Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on the items purchased and the production facility fulfilling your order.
You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

9. Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived:

  1. Check the tracking link

  2. Check your local post office

  3. Check with neighbors or building management

  4. Contact the courier

If the courier confirms the package is still in transit and significantly delayed, we will assist in resolving the issue.
If the courier confirms successful delivery, the order is considered fulfilled.
