Customer Use-Rights Statement

By purchasing products from Navaye Erfan or accessing any of our creative content, you understand and agree to the following use-rights:

1. Personal Use Only

All products, artwork, poetry interpretations, translations, music, and audio compositions created by Navaye Erfan are provided for personal use only.

This means you may:

  • Enjoy the physical product you purchased

  • Display it in your home or personal space

  • Listen to our publicly released music for personal enjoyment

No other rights are granted.

2. No Reproduction or Redistribution

You may not reproduce, copy, scan, photograph, record, upload, or redistribute any Navaye Erfan content in any form, including but not limited to:

  • Artwork or product designs

  • Poetry interpretations or translations

  • Written descriptions or themes

  • Music, vocals, audio tracks, or sound design

  • Website text, branding, or visual layouts

Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

3. No Commercial Use

Purchasing or accessing our content does not grant permission to use any Navaye Erfan intellectual property for commercial or business purposes.

This includes:

  • Selling merchandise with our designs

  • Using our artwork or poetry interpretations on your own products

  • Using our music or vocals in videos, ads, podcasts, or media

  • Creating derivative works based on our content

  • Using our designs or music for branding, logos, or promotional material

All commercial rights remain exclusively with Navaye Erfan.

4. No Digital Use or Uploads

You may not upload, share, or distribute any Navaye Erfan creative content to:

  • YouTube

  • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or social media

  • Streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)

  • File-sharing sites

  • Marketplaces or print-on-demand platforms

  • AI training databases

This applies to both artwork and music.

5. No Modification or Derivative Works

You may not alter, remix, adapt, or create new works based on:

  • Our visuals

  • Typography or calligraphy styles

  • Musical compositions

  • Vocal elements

  • Poetry interpretations or translations

  • Website text or product descriptions

All derivative rights are reserved exclusively by Navaye Erfan.

6. Permission Required for Any Extended Use

If you wish to use our artwork or music beyond personal enjoyment, you must request and receive written permission from Navaye Erfan.
